My client is a leading Shopping Mall Centre in the Sudan with a total area of 45.000 sqm and 98 Stores and services. Recently the Mall has undergone several expansions and renovation programs. The most recent new development is the addition of the new retail floor, the development of the entertainment zone and adding a spacious car park. This new development increased the shopping center’s total retail square meter to 21.008. It includes many facilities, such as; Gym Centre, Dinings, Entertainment Area, Cinema, Food Courts, Retail Stores, Electronics, Hyper Market…. etc.
We are looking for someone with excellent Mangerial skills who is able to lead and manage all operation activities. Ideally, a university graduate with MBA/Master degree with at least 10 years previous experience in which minimum of three years in a senior role. you must have previous experience in a shopping mall environment. in return this position offer excellent expat benefit.
