Execute training plan and schedule based on budget
Make development initiatives (calendar, engagement activities, presentation, etc.)
To be involve and work in Education and Training pillar activities
Implement and coordinate existing succession planning program for Management employees for the entire company
Conduct employee induction program and monitor new employee, transfer, promoted employee trainings
Update company policies and procedures as needed
Update the job descriptions for the whole company as needed
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training
Prepare, implement and monitor employee satisfaction surveys.
Assist in implementing performance management system of the company
Monitoring/Reporting of departmental/employee Key Performance indicators (KPI’s)
Prepare monthly training reports for Human Resources department
Perform other tasks directed by immediate superior or management.
