To coach and support technicians and perform work duties related to various maintenance execution activities in compliance with YASREF strategies and operational priorities (profit, safety, reliability, and environmental requirements). Act as an advisor to technicians and answer all of their questions, queries and provide on the job support and training. Perform engineering support tasks involved in the planning, surveying, design, inspection, construction, research and statistics, testing, investigation, and or maintenance of various types of engineering projects or operations.

Educational Requirement:
Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Two (2) years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience Required:
For Associate Degree: Ten (10) Years of experience in a similar role.
For Diploma: Thirteen (13) Years of experience in a similar role.
