Provides division support for non-direct projects including forecasting and reporting
Ensure the execution of project plans, streamline procedures and optimize technology
Review and maintain procedures of all finance, procurement, and human resources processes related to modules and third party systems of FMS
Identify industry best practices to increase overall process efficiencies while maintaining compliance
Ensure timely and precise data flow across systems by utilization of integrations with accompanying software solutions
Develop a knowledge base to function as financial report developer
Provide quarterly analysis of trends by industry, line of business, market size, and communicate with the RSDs and lead Strategy Consultant
Defines testing requirements, staging data and performing final test execution
Creates test scenarios and assists project team members in performing tests to insure all processes work according to predetermined goals
Investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues
Assists management in identifying and analyzing options and recommends business process enhancement
Execution of month end financial close including reporting and ledger adjustments as required
Work to continuously improve the forecasting process
المهارات
Skilled in tracking, trending, and data analysis
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and function in ambiguous situations
Graduate of any business degree or equivalent business experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business analysis/project management function within finance area
Strategic consulting skills which move beyond adherence to analytical tools and methodologies
Familiarity or Experience with Investment Broker Dealer operations and/or as a Business Analysis is a plus
