Driving the delivery of the overall Leadership strategy by launching and embedding innovative development solutions.
Designing solutions to build the capability of Leaders at every level from individual contributors through to Directors.
Facilitating events to build individual, team, and Business capability.
Providing specialist influence, working closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the People Function to ensure talent interventions are truly embedded and evaluated.
Creating solutions that support our Learning Strategy around Insight, Quality, Accessibility, and Impact.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Someone who shows themselves to be a thought leader with the engagement skills to gain buy-in from stakeholders and managers, whilst maintaining momentum and enthusiasm for delivering milestones.
A background in Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
