الوصف الوظيفي · Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule. · Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells. · Interact regularly with customers (cold calling – face to face meetings) to understand their needs and recommend the suitable solution for them. · Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. · Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services. · Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. · Retain current customers, approach new potential customers and restore business relation with old customers. · Develop the sales information system including customer database and keeping it always updated and available on time to support the decision-making process. · Continually attempting to penetrate new markets.
