الوصف الوظيفي 2. Monitor and report performance management system outcomes to function head, in order to ensure functional goals are properly monitored, reported and results are in alignment with targets. 3. Participate in management initiatives like change management, new initiatives and implement various management control tasks. 4. Identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create dash board of key metrics. 5. Coordinate, collect and analyse performance data to identify trends and report key performance indicators results for management reports. 6. Conduct leading and lagging analysis, formulate a plan and approach to enhance functional performance. 7. Examine the applicability, appropriateness and adequacy of measures and/ or formulating recommendations to support changes to standards and/ or quantitative weightings. 8. Participate in the communication meetings with departments to set the targets, results and periodically evaluate outcomes of key performance indicators and report and support Function head. 9. Analyse information pertaining to IR function and check for role boundaries elicited through interviews and establish and advise the departments on Key Performance Area’s, Indicators and Action Plans. 10. Handle and lead the full cycle of CI&BE;program including developing procedure, creating awareness, developing training material, and conducting annual effectiveness survey. Post survey conduct analysis and share the results with committee management. 11. Ensure conducting CI&BE;awareness programs for all employees and ensure CI&BE;document have been signed and acknowledged by all employees in collaboration with HR Services. 12. Enhance appropriate compliance and CI&BE;programs from the venders through the supply chain department (including clients, vendors and other external entities). 13. Generate competent reports in the area of budgets, accountability, performance indices and cost control. 14. Monitor expenditure of function to ensure the expenditure items are performed within budget and resources. 15. Maintain correspondence and record files related to various Programs, Plans and data. 16. Keep all the work material, analysis reports ready for the reference for the use of function head. 17.
