Your Role: Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, the successful candidate will be responsible for expanding plant availability and output. Provide hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance engineering support to equipment and machinery. Optimizing cost and facilitating capital engineering projects within the site. Prepare and control annual plant maintenance budgets. Develop vendors for spares and contractors for outside maintenance services. Ensure effective and fast response to factory breakdowns and emergencies. Safety of personnel, facilities, and equipment. Direct responsibility for achieving the usage factors for utilities. Work closely with other functions within the manufacturing and maintenance division.
المهارات
Must-Have: A degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical. 6-8 years relevant experience preferably in the food manufacturing industry with at least 4 years in a supervisory role. Strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively a diverse team at all levels within the business. Proven project management experience. Well-organized with good communication skills in English and Arabic. Must be a Saudi National.
