Controlling project documentation including working within a CDE
Following and improving document control procedures
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents from project stakeholders
Collecting and processing data, undertake basic administration tasks on behalf of the team
Using computers to organise and distribute documents
Keeping track of incoming and outgoing documents using spreadsheets
Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
Working in a site office.
