Our client: A leading conglomerate with a considerable portfolio in the region.
The role: Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, your key agenda would be to take the Supply Chain and Operations to the next level of excellence and support the large complex manufacturing setup of the business. Take the lead and drive the S&OP;process in all stages. You would ensure that the internal process and capabilities issues are addressed. Work closely with the senior leadership in preparing the glide path for further expansion, challenging the status quo where needed. Develop and deploy the supply chain strategy for the company. Optimize efficiencies within the system. As a team player, you should be able to dive deep into operational issues when needed and have a helicopter view of the business plans to stay ahead of the curve.
المهارات
Must have: A seasoned professional who has 10-15 years of quality supply chain and planning experience, preferably in the FMCG industry or organizations with similar distribution/complexity and manufacturing as well. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or relevant discipline. Proven track record in planning. Experience in a multi-site environment. Highly advance S&OP;skills. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic. Preferably Saudi National.
