الوصف الوظيفي 1. Introduce continuous improvement excellence programs and quality programs, by evaluating existing processes, procedure and systems. Suggest solutions to fill the gaps. Share benchmark standards with departments and suggest improvement plans. 2. Lead the change initiatives with humility guide the departments to achieve the perfection in attaining high quality processes. 3. Create flow of value, evaluate existing processes, suggest lean principals without hurting the output quality. Contribute in improving end-to-end workflow optimization. 4. Ensure various operational excellence programs are implemented as per the plan. Evaluate plan and implement excellence standards in processes and practices. Prepare training/awareness materials, train the departments/ teams/ employees through train the trainer programs. 5. Track, coordinate and evaluate process improvement measures in association with functions and departments. 6. Facilitate Business Process Improvement projects (Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma and other improvement programs) and coach/train improvement teams to implement the process. Evaluate and prepare progress report for the meetings. 7. Develop excellence project plans, implement, coordinate and guide the team members in the tasks, motivate teams, resolve conflicts and support the team when required to achieve the desired results. 8. Apply various Lean manufacturing philosophy, use six sigma tools, methodology to optimize the cost, quality and time objectives. 9. Support Lean Six Sigma learning environment and associate development by guiding, facilitating and assisting with training events and simulation exercises. 10. Deliver projects that provide quantifiable, statistically significant and sustainable business process performance improvements in alignment to goals / objectives. 11. Present various project implementation progress to senior leaders, champions, and process owners by using DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) methodology and tollgate reviews. 12. Identify development trends, targets, objectives, comparison, causes, and scopes and suggest corrective actions, improvement areas. 13. Identify various result criteria for excellence, benchmark and set result criteria. 14. Coordinate with Business Planning & Performance Management team to select excellence KPIs and devise measurement means. 15. Support user organizations to identify and close operational excellence improvement opportunities and gaps. 16. Conduct operational excellence self-assessment, and benchmark studies. Interpret the survey results and suggest improvements, changes to division head. 17. Drive the adoption of standardization tools and concepts as a means to bring stability and enhanced business performance. 18. Coordinate and facilitate efforts to eliminate waste, reduce operating costs and maximize throughput. 19. Conduct various analysis, Compute and analyze data, using statistical formulas, Microsoft office or calculators. Use hardware and software applications such as Minitab, Pareto and others. 20. Compile reports, charts, or graphs that describe and interpret findings of analyses. Select statistical tests for analyzing data. 21. Compile statistics from source materials, such as documents, records, quality-control or test records or survey sheets. 22. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor. المهارات 2.
