الوصف الوظيفي 2. Represent YASREF as the Company’s official focal point to address the shareholders requirements and concerns related to YASREF corporate business affairs, in order to ensure continuous communication and trust between YASREF management and the shareholders. 3. Develop periodic reports to the shareholder to represents the Company’s overall performance on periodic basis. 4. Represent YASREF in front of external agencies for, performance, business and planning related matters. 5. Update the Company’s bonus scheme, KPIs (Operational & Financial Aspects) & targets to continuously drive the Company overall performance. 6. Benchmark YASREF competitive position against pacesetter. 7. Participate in development of long term economic evaluations & financial analysis for new projects related to production, variable and capital costs. 8. Participate in long term strategy setting for YASREF to ensure annual plans are drive the achievement of the Company’s mission, vision, and long term strategy. 9. Manage the formulation and implementation of the planning and performance management strategy at YASREF. 10. Lead the development of YASREF annual business and operating plans. 11. Analyse competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market trends. 12. Provide feedback to management regarding competitive prospect needs and generate new product development ideas. 13. Formulate guidelines for the development of departmental business plans and ensure that departmental KPI’s are set. 14. Ensure that departments’ strategic plans and objectives are updated and aligned with YASREF’s overall strategy. 15. Recommend and manage improvements to corporate and business policies, processes and procedures and ensure alignment with industry best practices and applicable laws and regulations. 16. Lead the development of YASREF balanced scorecard and KPIs based on input from department heads. 17. Manage the implementation of YASREF performance management business plans and ensure comprehension and adherence of all departments to performance management policies, procedures, and plans. 18. Manage in the diagnosis of organizational capability and business initiatives to determine and recommend the appropriate organization effectiveness interventions to meet organizational goals. المهارات 1.
