الوصف الوظيفي The support and assistant the R&D;Manager in product development and production daily execution of R&D;related lab and plant activities. Assist in evaluating current and alternative products, food ingredients, create and evaluate new product recipe and packing materials to ensure to meet customer needs and legal requirements. Main Responsibilities: Assist R&D;Manager in generating new product ideas and recipes, modifying, improving existing recipes Conduct experiments, generate, analyze and prepare data to support projects and new products. Designing processes and machinery for production of recipes on a large scale. Ensure proper documentation and safe storage of scientific results. Liaison with marketing staff in consultation with R&D;Manager about product development. Adhere with that strict hygiene food safety standards are met. Evaluate products from suppliers, vendors to ensure the quality standards Testing and examining product samples. Conduct and manage and sensory evaluation for new and existing products. In coordination with R&D;Manger, work closely with the Production, Engineering and QA to assist in product development process to improve productivity and efficiency, cost reduction and participate in the customer complaints investigation as required. Ensure that SFDA requirements are met when developing new products and keep abreast with the changes of the regulations. Help R&D;Manager to stablish, maintain and improve R&D;system according to the requirements of international standards. Develop and prepare R&D;reports as and when required. Generate the draft specification for new product and packing materials. Generate the draft bill of materials for all new developed products. Conduct shelf-life and related technical studies of new products. المهارات Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Food Sciences/Technology or related studies with 2-year experience in QA and R&D;in a reputed FMCG Company Preferably Food Industry Sound knowledge in new formula testing and lab research Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Good verbal and written skills Experience with technical food ingredients Production planning & scheduling Familiarity with diagnostic techniques Basic QSHE knowledge Good knowledge about food and the ability to taste and evaluate products Knowledge in Quality, and general factory and overall business issues Organized and planned approach Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and meet deadlines Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information professionally Problem solving and analytical abilities Result driven Ability to work under pressure تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/r-d-officer-4287256/ |
