الوصف الوظيفي Pulling samples as per work instruction to perform the required test Measuring the thickness frequently as per work instruction and procedure Calculating the daily tonnage Perform routine lab tests on the glass and all related requirements Ensure that the cutting quality as per OGC standard Hold glass in case of nonconforming product and report it Ensure that the packing quality as per OGC standard Monitoring the surface quality and report it Measuring the transmittance of glass Monitoring the rework and ensure that the glass as per standard Monitoring the length ,width, and diagonal of glass sheet Perform the procedure of calibration for the instruments Report the nonconforming products to shift manager, Cold End, Hot End and QA in charge Ensure proper shift handover Identifying and Reporting of Near miss/Unsafe act/Unsafe condition and reporting.
