Ensure availability and adherence to wear proper PPE’s such as masks, safety glasses, ear muffs, safety helmets, etc
Monitor Processes, Methods, Materials, Surroundings in Stacker and Gantry area to detect and assess problems and finding a solution for those
Understanding the Production Plan Schedule and prepare all Stackers accordingly.
Have Self Training by gaining Deep knowledge of the Stackers, Gantry and its parameters to operate smoothly.
Responsible for all operation of stackers and gantry.
Required continuous and good communication with Team Leader, process controller and other team members.
Stacker Operator is responsible for glass stacking, quality of glass surface and checking of branding of glass.
Stacker Operator is responsible for AM activity of stackers.
Responsible to do random checking of all side legs and stackers Equipments and check for any anomalies and report immediately to team leader.
He should be well aware of Glass quality about different types of defects. If he finds any quality related issue he should immediately report to Team Leader
Stacker operators are responsible for rework if any bad glass is stacked. So they must have working knowledge of Crane and Vacuum master for reworking jobs & also proper handover to his reliever.
Responsible to Implement Lean Initiatives, TQM, 5S and other developmental activities in stacker
Stacker operators responsible for glass tag generation and checking the data which in tag to be matched with actual production.
Identifying and Reporting of Near miss/Unsafe act/Unsafe condition and reporting.
Stacker operators responsible proper handover to his reliever
Perform tasks directed by immediate superior or management.
