الوصف الوظيفي Senior level of logistic & development services expert in pipes & industrial hubs role at the Business Development Department. To manage, improve and review business development strategy of the Department and manages industrial hubs and logistic services at the industrial area and to provide the expertise and manages activities involving shared services, and coordinates the section’s activities regarding infrastructure within the Royal Commission of Yanbu Departments. Organizational Relationship Reports to the Manager, Logistic Corridor Services at the Business Development Department and interact with other Royal Commission Departments as necessary. Receives administrative direction on assigned responsibilities in terms of logistic development services and pipes & industrial hubs from Section Manager, Business Development Department. Major Activities Performed Review the collected data and conduct the required evaluation of the industrial hub services and related investment & logistics development opportunities and provide recommendations as required. المهارات People Management • Ensure superiors are well informed at all times. • Manages and trains junior staff in the department. Related Assignments • Performs other related duties as assigned or directed. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from Western recognized university • Candidate should have minimum of 12 years’ post-graduate experience in logistics development, industrial hubs, development, project management, and utilities and pipeline operations and management. • Candidate must be able to provide logistics development advisory solutions and industrial hubs services to the Business Development Department including logistic platforms of Yanbu industrial city. as well as support the development of logistic platforms in the city as they develop. and other related logistics developmental projects. • Candidate should have the know-how and skills to assist in creating an appropriate environment that attracts industrial investments, achieves the required competitiveness for investors, through integrated and well-planned logistics services provided. • Candidate should have the required technical analytical capabilities for the logistic development and industrial complexes initiatives, as well as a solid logistics development background. • Candidate should have experience in data collection & preparing reports that may be required for the implementation of excellent logistics service development projects in Yanbu Industrial City. • Previous utility or pipeline system experience is preferred. • Knowledge of API, ASME. and OSHA standards is required. Key Technical Skills Relevant computer proficiency, experience in using Microsoft Office tools and/or any relevant software. Time management, communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with regard to people with diverse backgrounds.
