Source reliable suppliers to fulfill company’s continuous needs for spare parts and consumables.
Understand internal customers’ needs to assure that their needs are fulfilled as required.
Negotiate best prices and terms with suppliers without compromising the quality of products to be supplied.
Deliver requested material on time and assure that all documents are properly provided and approved.
Close all transactions using the ERP system after successfully completing the purchasing cycle.
Always maintain a healthy and professional relationship with internal customers and suppliers.
Periodically, report to purchasing manager related to price trends, new vendors, new products and alternative products.
Assist the purchasing manager in setting plans for cost saving, better terms negotiations and suppliers performance enhancement.
Ensure compliance with Purchasing policy and procedures, company policies and guidelines and all other governing bodies policies.
Any other tasks assigned by the Purchasing manager.
المهارات
Education: high school or technical diploma.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical buying, preferably in Yanbu, Jeddah and Madinah markets.
Saudi national, preferralby living in Yanbu
Good English
