A well-known Oil and Gas company in Saudi Arabia is working in the field of refinery and petrochemicals is looking for the following:

Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Location: Yanbu

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as HRBP.
- For Saudis only.
- Bachelor’s degree

HR professional with a strong background in recruitment compensation and benefits and performance management and improve the overall effectiveness of the Business Units Contribute to the delivery of HR strategies to support the business goals. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the business Strong leadership skills. Knowledge of Saudi labour law.
