Filling Operator

الوصف الوظيفي
· Receive the daily Filling plan from the supervisor and align the daily blending in view of priority and availability of tanks

· Collaborate with filling and blending operators to fulfil daily filling plan

· Manage the proper flushing procedure of Filling machines in view of product metrics and recommendation from the Lab.

· Own the process of filling ensuring compliance to all systems and HSSE requirement

· As a filling team member continuously improve upon its HSSE performance and achieve high standards expected from shop floor. Facilitate embedding the HSSE culture in the plant

· Drive cost reduction through efficiency and productivity improvement in to deliver better conversion costs year on year

· Support the Quality initiatives, including sustaining ISO/ OHSAS certification and TQM, to deliver best in class performance from the shift team

· Act as response team member for crisis / continuity management, with accountabilities consistent with relevant response plans and as assigned by the response team leader

المهارات
Knowledge / Experience:

Should have 3-4 years in a Chemical/Lubricants / FMCG industry. Knowledge of blend plants will be an advantage
Proven experience in driving productivity and quality improvement
Proficiency in English
Educational Qualification / Certification: Diploma - Chemical or Mechanical, Certification in any production courses would be an added advantage.
