Assist with the development of interior design scope definitions, programming, objectives, and requirements on projects.
Conduct design feasibility studies encompassing cost estimates, and schedule timelines based on agreed upon scopes of work that support business cases.
Develop creative and innovative design concepts from preliminary sketches, block diagrams and schematic layouts through design development and construction documents that incorporate leading edge philosophies.
Complete space planning proposals, concept detailed drawings, elevations, perspective drawings, renderings and 3D models.
Provide leadership on interior design projects relevant to concepts, specification details, sourcing and Design Review preparation and presentation.
Facilitate the design details and implementation phase on assigned interior design projects through the preparation of bid documents, performing contractor qualification and the selection and contracting for required project services and purchases.
Manage the implementation phase on assigned interior design projects through monitoring and controlling design activities and their impact on project budget and schedule while ensuring compliance with interior design documentation and quality standards and obtaining required approvals as necessary.
Develop an emerging strength in an interior design area of specialty and provide leadership and training regarding this specialty.
Plan, design, and furnish interior residential and commercial environments.
Incorporated work details, elevations, lighting plans and architectural finishes.
Performs a variety of tasks, Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of unit/department.
المهارات
Must have at least 2 year of experience.
Possess advanced AUTOCAD skills is must, Photoshop - Revit or 3d max – Rendering.
Must be fluent in Arabic & English languages - speaking , writing and reading.
Must possess a thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook.
Must be able to keep abreast of changes in the technology field as it pertains to interior design.
