Purpose of role:
The primary job responsibility is to help the operation team to complete their general activities during day to day operational activities.
Support the plant team for local and emergency purchases from local market.
Manage the visitors IN & OUT at the plant.
Co-ordination for Canteen services, Contracted manpower, Housekeeping activities
Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role Authority of Post Holder
Handling the petty cash
Manage the expanse claims.
Manage employees Transportation if required.
المهارات
Educational Qualification / Certification: Matric / Driving Licence.
Knowledge / Experience
At least 4-5 years’ experience for candidate related to local market
Should be a good team player with good people management skills
Experience in communicating and interfacing with all levels of the organization
Good understand for HSSE & PPE requirements
