Maintain positive relationship with team members and encourage a positive work environment and communicate HR Policies to all employees and answer their enquiries.
Supervise government related issues including communication with Labor Office, GOSI, Passport Department, WPS, and process all associated transactions.
Administer personnel issues ensuring that requests are handled on timely basis and benefits are provided to staff as per policy (medical insurance, letters, travel, leaves, etc.)
Ensure that a proper employees’ records on system and files is maintained in the Department
Manage Compensation& Benefit and ensure equity and market benchmark
Prepare Manpower Plan, Budget and ensure that qualified talent is attracted and retained
Work closely with different functions in the organization to play a role in reaching company goals and objectives through HR initiatives and ensure that HR plan is aligned with those objectives
Work with L&D;to implement required training and career development plans
Apply Performance Management programs and analyze results to foster an environment that is achievement oriented
Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion

Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent
Advance interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication
Excellent Organizing and follow up skills
Ability to build plans and strategies
Must be able to work independently and manage teams
Strong knowledge in relevant laws and staff related government processes
