الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for leading all procurement functions and activities including but not limited to procurement planning, strategic & cost efficient material sourcing, contracts and tendering as well as daily routine procurement operations. Main Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct, and control the activities related to the procurement function. Articulate, develop and update the Procurement Department’s short, medium and long term strategic & goals in line with the Company’s strategy; and lead their successful execution. Develop a system to evaluate vendor quotations that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service. Develop policies, procedures, business processes and work flows, ensuring that they cover all Procurement activities Analyze the market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability, and prepares market analysis reports. Manage all procurement transactions (low value, off contract, spot buys) including, the administration of orders, deliveries, logistics and complaints. Identify new suppliers, select and maintains suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a better price while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct. Analyze available suppliers within market to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing. Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships. Designs, implements, manages, and monitors procurement reporting systems to meet company requirements Forecast level of demand for services and materials to meet business needs and maintain constant check on stock level to maximize business efficiency, instigating Minimum Stock Levels and Reorder Quantities by product as appropriate. Develop and effectively implement the inventory quality control and verification plans and processes. Reviews the invites and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
