الوصف الوظيفي Main Responsibilites: Responsible for immediate corrective action on any abnormalities/malfunctions. Attend breakdown call in the factory at any time of the day to resolve the problem in the machine control and operation that may lead to the long down time of the production line. Perform and execute line changing for mayonnaise and ghee line as per production work order. Fill the equipment occurrence report form having down time for ISO requirements and for trouble shooting references in the future. Perform and execute departmental work order, the hazard related work order as instructed by the team leader in priority basis. Perform the schedule Preventive / Corrective Maintenance program of all production line machineries as instructed. Fill preventive checklist form and submitted in quarterly basis. Technical and mechanical support response throughout the plant as and when needed Material handling services in receiving of material shipment from industrial port by mobilization of equipment as and when needed Perform and execute oil unloading operation by monitoring of the entire activities from ship to oil storage tank farm Perform and execute fabrication for plant development project and modification required for the plant machineries and equipment Perform and execute local procurement of parts in emergency situation Local procurement of machining works for defective mechanical parts and motor repair To work with the team in the external facilities of the plant as instructed by maintenance supervisor Report any HSE incident using appropriate reporting form and liaise closely with QC and HSE to correct possible deviations from the standards Ensure that all work done and material used must meet and with the compliance of the guidelines settled by the management Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping, ensure safety and security of staff and assets in order to safeguard people and property from accidental or deliberate loss and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Goods Engineering Practices (GEPs) Ensure punctuality and discipline and foster integrity, mutual trust and team spirit among production staff, and encourage good working relationship with all factory staff, contributing to a collective good team spirit and labor ambience in the plant. المهارات Good communication skill
