Summary:
Microbiologist main responsibility is to test and analyze material (Raw Sugar, Packing Material, Environment and Swab samples & Finished product ) utilizing Microbiology laboratory equipment in a safe, sanitary, quality, and efficient manner
Duties and Responsibilities:
carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses;
Perform microbiology analysis of raw materials, intermediate, final products and packing material
Implement development method and validation protocols.
Update and calibrate micro lab analysis instruments.
Comply with applicable standard (FSSC, SFDA and customer requirements) to improve products.
Perform Media preparation, Autoclaving, Inoculation and incubation work.
Maintaining microbiology lab inventory.
Ensuring GLP in the Laboratory & Microbiological Laboratory.
Documentation of the FSSC certification related to Laboratory & microbiology Lab
المهارات
Can perform independetly with minimal supervision
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to use technical equipment with accuracy analytical skills
The ability to maintain and calibrate micro lab equipment;
Familiar with microbiology analysis of food products
