الوصف الوظيفي 2. Assist in induction and orientation programs for newly hired talents. 3. Assist internal customers (employees and proponent department) with a high level of customer satisfaction, cooperation, communication and enthusiasm. 4. Assist in the processing and maintenance of all personnel related forms and documentation such as employees’ records leave entitlements, attendance, and end-of-service benefits. 5. Assist in preparing the monthly payroll information to ensure that payroll is processed in a timely manner. 6. Assist in organizing specific documents and certificates for employee vacations, sick leaves, end of service, and severance packages. 7. Assist in preparing all HR documentation as per the audit guidelines under the guidance of the Senior Personnel Administrator. Prepare all HR documentation as per the audit guidelines. 8. Collect and update all employee related data such as general information, absences, new hires and reasons for termination/resignation. 9. Provide support in monitoring and communicating SAP related notifications to employees. 10. Support employee activities starting from on-boarding up to exit interviews and assist with analyses aimed at increasing employee motivation & retention levels within the organization. 11. Provide assistance to handle employees’ grievances and personnel issues as required. 12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor. المهارات |
