الوصف الوظيفي 2. Keep all the work material, analysis reports ready for the reference of direct supervisor. 3. Coordinate with departments on implementation of various programs & plans. Work on special assignments related to organization operations. 4. Generate competent reports in the area of budgets, accountability, performance indices and cost control. 5. Participate in preparing the functions short, medium and long term Programs, plans and offerings. 6. Create various reports and presentation for the use of management. 7. Manage and discuss the daily and weekly work schedules, important meeting preparedness and collect & prepare required material needed for meetings. 8. Generate business reports on need basis/quarterly basis on the achievements and objectives. 9. Gathers and maintains an assumptions book or register of current and project data needed for planning purposes and if necessary inputs this information into corporate planning models. 10. Monitor expenditure of function to ensure the expenditure items are performed within budget and resources. 11. Analyze relevant middle-year and year-end KPIs and follow up with concerned departments to collect the required data. 12. Maintain correspondence and record files related to various Programs, Plans and data. 13. Conducts periodic audits or operational reviews compiling and reporting statistics; discusses with supervisors apparent discrepancies and resolves them. 14.
