Purpose of Work
To manage personnel and execution activities associated with the Pump & Machinery shop with technical guidance related to rotating equipment systems. . Direct/coordinate and carry out all maintenance activities of various disciplines planned for execution on time within the estimated cost, safely as per Samref SHE procedures and approved written work practices and procedures. This position is responsible for improving the reliability and availability of critical equipment and controls by implementing GRS guidelines and best practices. To direct front line maintenance troubleshooting and root cause analysis for all types of rotating machinery. Member of Reliability Steering Committee Team. Assume the role of Administrator on selected OIMS elements. Responsible for Major Machinery Conditioning monitoring system. Responsibilities 1. Provide direct supervision to the personnel assigned to the Manager`s organization; including but not limited to appraisals, career development, compensation, benefits, disciplinary action, goal setting and performance evaluation. 2. Enforce Samref’s SHE policies & procedures to meet Company SHE Objectives during all running maintenance & projects by Samref employees and all in service contractor personnel. 3. Coordinate and schedule weekly safety reviews/meetings for Samref employees and contract staff workers in the Manager`s organization. Attend Random Job Start discussion and Job Safety Analysis review. 4. Establish, train and enforce safe machinery repair work practices and written procedures that promote safe machinery repairs, completed within the required time, within maintenance budgets and returned to service without startup problems. 5. Promote investigations into all machine failures to identify root causes and to establish written policies, practices or recommendations by which similar failures may be prevented. 6. Manage Samref’s Machinery Vibration Analysis Program
المهارات
* Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline
* 15 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance (oil/gas or petrochemical)
* Technical knowledge in pumps and compressors
* SAP knowledge with computer aptitude
* Effective Leadership Competency
* Fluent in English
