The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge, as it offers a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training.
Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talents, like you, for one-year graduate program that will be integrated into a full-time permanent position. We believe your high qualification and passion can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take you through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. As a selected candidate, you will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside your home location, within the MEIA region.

Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia has been established for more than 33 years and has three production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu with 5 sales offices and warehouses around the Kingdom and more than 500 employees. This position is based in Yanbu and directly reports to the Area Sales Manager. Duties and responsibilities: Ensure that customers are fully serviced with all their needs in terms of colour cards, technical data sheets, price information, delivery/availability information, samples, statements, technical submittals etc. Assist sales department in managing customer information by establishing and maintaining proper filing system of customers’ information to ensure high support to the customer network across the country.
Administer Decorative customers’ complaints by managing correspondences, communicating with customers and coordinating with affiliated functions to achieve customer satisfaction. Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel and inter-department personnel by assisting with communicating and giving out relevant information in a timely manner to ensure all personnel are provided with the required information to meet given deadlines. Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer enquiries, etc. and assist in updating system price list

Qualifications:
You are a Saudi national (Saudization program)
You have an academic degree (Bachelor and /or Master’s degree)
You have 1-3 years of relevant experience
You are between 23-30 years old
You have a good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages Personal qualities:
