We are working a successful Marine Service company that is expanding its current operations and requires an experienced Shipping supplies manager for its site in Yanbu.
Job Description:
Helping company to identify problems as they store, and ship the needed supplies to ships. Employee must be able to create strategies by analyzing information and processes and present their findings.
Duties and responsibility:
Assist logistics process for shipment and delivery the supplies to fulfill ships orders.
Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
Build relationships within the company and with external parties.
Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
Understanding of principles of accounting and finance.
Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.
المهارات
Skills
Ideally you will have over 5 years experience in an international shipping company and have strong management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Ability to manage logistics aspects of supply chain, focusing in shipment of supplies items.
• Understanding of accounting or finance.
• Must be able to comprehend legal documents.
• Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.
