الوصف الوظيفي Promote products and services to Retailers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising profits Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospect retailers; recommending solutions. Key tasks Call on existing and new potential customers, contractors, and consultants etc. to establish good contact and generate sales. Establish good contact with all relevant departments and officials within the organization. Be aware of main on-going and future projects. Assess project needs and obtain all relevant details pertaining to specifications and bills of quantities. Compile and recommend paint systems based on the project information gathered. Prepare and submit quotations in line with company policy and negotiate these quotations with concerned parties. Coordinate with TSD personnel in case of request for a demonstration or site sample Resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt and satisfactory handling. Liaise with the branch accountant for proper credit control and establishment of credit limits for customers. Ensure invoices are settled in accordance with the approved payment terms and established credit limits. Maintain at all times, a good and updated knowledge of the market including competitors activities, key projects, important contractors, consultants etc Prepares MMR report Actively use and update CRM Tool for Sales (i.e. regularly updating of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts,Tasks/Activities). Actively use and update CRM Tools and IQS for Sales (i.e. regular updating of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Tasks/Activities. Shall adhere to company policy, including procedures related to QMS and EMS. Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.
