Summary:-
We are seeking for a reliable, dependable Logistics Specialist Coordinator to join our team of professionals. The successful applicant will take over supply chain management duties for the firm and become instrumental in the forward growth of the company. He will report directly to the Supply Chain manager and will coordinate with many other departments to ensure an efficient daily workflow. Responsibilities:-
• Oversee the life cycle of products, including preparation, shipping and receiving
• Evaluate and process claims made by customers
• Coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
• Scan orders into computer and track shipments across multiple channels
• Approve time sheets associated with deliveries and pick-ups
• Sign payment vouchers in accordance with company policy
• Monitor entire process of Shipment movements
• Schedule maintenance and repairs for fleet of vehicle
• Issue fuel cards and process expense reports
المهارات
• Associate Degree in Business Administration required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 3+ years’ previous experience in logistics management or coordination
• Working knowledge of PC computer systems and (Oracle software preferred)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Well-developed motivational and leadership skills
• Excellent English, Very Good Arabic, (Urdu most preferred)
