collect and review all checklist with the shift supervisors.
Coordinator need to daily check all failure in the system and follow up with maintenance to close and alarm or failures
Monthly auditing and house keeping follow up for all security Facilities and patrol car
Handling any special assignment or tasks related to the department
Coordinator need to review all security procedure and report any gap or correction needed
Coordinator is responsible of any training required for his colleague in his shift
All Contacts with HCIS and letters will be the Coordinator’s responsibilities as per HCIS recommendations
All related to security Communications with other company or YAMA to be handled to the coordinator and all meeting minutes records and document controlling including governments agencies, will be his responsibility.
FAX messages will be handled by Coordinators and responds need to be approved by Security Managers
Arrange department reports and KPI
periodic inspection tours around buildings, grounds and fences, examining gates, doors and windows to ensure that they are properly secured, and watching for other irregularities and suspicious activities such as unauthorized entry, etc
checks and reports to supervisor any unsafe or suspicious conditions.
Maintaining the safety and traffic in side plant and violations records
Communicate with Najem raffic police to attend any traffic violation inside company fence and review final report

2 -5 years’ Experience General
fluent in English both spoken and written
