Talent Management Specialist is a talent management professional reporting directly to the Talent Management Manager supporting all the talent management critical functions and techniques which includes recruitment and selection, manpower planning, employees’ relations, compensation management, performance evaluation and employment agreements and providing advise employees and guiding them in their day to day talent management issues and activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Independently, manage and provides talent management support for several important talent management functions and responsibilities specifically employee relation process, procedures and records, employee relations.
Prepare employee’s talent management requests and the required services with strict adherence to confidentiality.
Participates in updating of the master manpower plan and approved budgeted manpower schedule and positions.
Actively involves in recruitment coordination with SAPL MEA Corporate and Riyadh Corporate offices.
Prepares documentation for Salary review, adjustment and coordinate with the concerned for updating PRISM records and Finance.
Obtain new position’s approval packages and verify budget availability.
Collaborates with recruitment/staffing team and hiring managers in defining open positions.
Collaborates with Client Departments and Management to develop job descriptions for new positions and gathers data in support of establishing these positions.
Assist TM Manager in Preparation of packages for Promotion, upgrading position, Transferring, Manpower change requests etc.
Updating the status of manpower from time to time.
Prepares Salary Adjustment packages and its implementation and updates GEMS database.
Prepare different types of Talent Management periodical reports such as manpower, recruitment and mobilization tracker and open positions.
Coordinate with Departments on the Performance Management process and collect all Performance Evaluation Data.
Update and Maintain all applicable GEMS sections assigned to this specific role.
Assist with on-boarding and evaluation of new employees.
المهارات
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology or Business Administration or any other related field and 8 to 10 years of Talent Management and Human Resources experience.
At least 10 years’ experience as HR Professional.
Working knowledge of KSA Labor Laws.
Computer literacy.
