الوصف الوظيفي Ensure the production of raw materials, clinker and cement as per the defined targets Monitor Kilns, Raw Mills & Cement Mills operations on a daily basis and guide, coaching CRO’s during his shift for any up normal condition and towards trouble shooting to ensure smooth operation of the plant and achieve optimum operational level. Analyze and Identify the cause when production throughput falls below quality target and coordinate with Lab to take samples for decision on corrective actions. Manage the shift activates and allocation of his team (CRO’s & Attenders) according to the production priorities and ensure that the attenders duty done properly by doing the required round, with inspection, monitoring, coordination, informing and filling the check list, all these need to be met the safety and environment procedures. Suggest technical improvements with the view of optimizing the process efficiency and respects to safety at work. Ensure that the production equipment are in good working conditions by regular inspections and calls for maintenance interventions. Duties & Respondibilities: Organize the safety training of his team according to the safety training plan. Organize or carry out the monthly controls of the equipment in terms of health, Address any identified dangerous situations. PRODUCTION Communicate clearly on information relating to potentially dangerous situations Within the framework of the production instructions given by the production manager or chief operations, is in charge of raw materials preparation, grinding, clinker and cement production, cement storage after milling in accordance with When necessary adapt the production planning such as, number of the running mills according to the production requirement and the silo stock level and proper coordination of the tertiary materials and gypsum crushing during the shift. Take over the direct responsibility for guiding the CR operators of kiln and mill in case of complicated situation. Ensure that the planned Utilization of the Power by proper distribution of the Coordinate and follow-up the pocking at the kiln inlet and smock champers and During kiln shutdown, Supervising for all types of production works, Refractory damaged parts demolishing, rebricking & recasting for preheater, kiln & cooler. Reporting the activities occurred along the shift time by signed Shift report. General administrative duties including proposing vacation plan for team members to the Chief of operations. Is in charge of specific tasks as defined by the department Manager. COLLABORATION WITH MAINTENANCE COLLABORATION WITH QUALITY/LAB COLLABORATION WITH OTHERs Collaborate with Quarry for tertiary materials and clinker handling. Collaborate with Process Department. QUALITY Is in charge of ensuring the required : The cement quality (follow up of control cards) المهارات Required 12 Chemical engineers (8 Saudi - Fresh graduated) ( 4 Saudis or Expats - Must have 5 years experience in CEMENT production). Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering. Good knowledge of the physic-chemical products, of relevant parameters and standards applicable to cement manufacturing. Good knowledge of statistical process control methods and experimental design. Problem solving capabilities. Information ordering. Communication and team work. Fluent in English: reading, writing and speaking.
Production KPI’s (production Quantity, Specific energy consumption, Sp.Heat,…etc) in order to comply with company target fixed by the top management. Ensuring that any process improvement work is relevant and of good quality.
