الوصف الوظيفي Set up the Daily/Monthly/Yearly operation plan with taking into consideration maintenance plan, and forecast the product stock balance in order to support the related department such as production, mechanical/electrical maintenance team and quality management team, etc. Coordinate and manage the operation so as to make available on a day-to-day basis, the required product within the specified quality, cost and time Main Responsibilities: Attend the related meeting to carry out the coordination work in division, if necessary. Manage the activity of his team according to the production priorities and ensure that the safety and environment procedures are met. Suggest improvements with respects to safety at work. Ensure that the production and operations control equipment are in good working conditions by regular inspections and calls for maintenance interventions. Ensure that the inspections/observations on the shift and day are registered in the Work request of ERP system. Take over the direct responsibility for the control of kilns and mills in case of complicated situation. Propose technical improvements with the view of optimizing the operations, process efficiency, environmental impact of the production process. Ensure in quality and quantity the production of raw mix, clinker and cement under the production manager‘s instructions. Prepare the education and training program for subordinates to improve their skills. Assisting production manager in day to day operation activities to ensure smooth operation to meet the company target with proper coordination with respective departments. Analyze and report the results of action plan, Advance Performance Improvement Plan in order to improve the technical matters in plant continuously. Monitor the planning is carried out as per plan & take necessary corrective action in case of any deviation. Distribute the all kinds of operating data to related team in order to support their works. Follow up CRO’s to respond as quickly as possible to problems occurring in the production process. Follow up shift leader from prior and adjustments being made to meet production goals. Ensures grinding mills and cement transfer facility are properly positioned and operating. Changes cement silos as needed. Review daily reports and maintains required records regarding operations as requested. Observe, maintain and review the plant to recommend and implement action to reduce costs, increase production to achieve strategic plan goals. Participate in process, maintenance and environmental planning, development and implementation of projects. Participate in technical information exchange within the company. Collaboration with others: Collaborate with Quality department. Collaborate with Quarry. Collaborate with Process Department Safety: Organize the safety training of his team according to the safety training plan. Organize or carry out the monthly controls of the equipment in terms of health, work and fire protection according to safety plan. Address any identified dangerous situations. Production Follow-up Shift report. Down time report, incident analysis and Work requests.
Chemical Engineering Degree or any other related discipline. Minimum 10 years of cement plant experience. Bachelor degree in Chemical engineering. Process improvement. MS Office proficiency Problem solving capabilities. Information ordering Teamwork Capacity & Communication Proficiency. Fluent in English: reading, writing and speaking Performance Criteria: Report the results of production and manufacturing cost, and inform to the related team to improve the depressed matters.
