Comply with company EHSS policy and SHEM standards.Carries out inspection on all stationary equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heaters, Boilers, Storage Tanks, Piping, etc) for condition assessment and reliability assurance.Specify the NDT test method and Review and approve the NDT test reports.Analysis the inspection findings and calculate the remaining life of the equipment. Participate in updating equipment strategy.Issue inspection report with finding, corrective actions needed with target date.Update the equipment files and Meridium system with the new data.Support the RBI team with equipment and piping history and damage mechanism found.Carries out follow-up inspections on the recommendations issued to ensure proper work was made in accordance to Company Specifications and International Standards.Carries out inspection for onsite/outside Projects during the project fabrication stages to ensure conformity with specifications.Provides assistance to the Corrosion and Metallurgical Engineers by performing positive material Identification, taking hardness test, taking periodic readings on Cathodic ground potential, probe sand coupons.
المهارات
A minimum of 10 years extensive experience in inspection and corrosion monitoring & control activities of static equipment in petrochemical processes.Candidates should be certified on API and level II In NDT, AWS. RBI experience, Coating, and any other certificates related to Inspection are preferred.Degree : B.S Degree in Material or Mechanical Engineering. Good spoken and written English.Reporting skills.Good communication skills
