Title: SHE Analyst (Yanbu – Saudi National only(
The Analyst supports SHE department @ Cristal Yanbu by recording, managing, and analyzing event and assessment safety data.
Essential Responsibilities
• Handling the administrative duties in SHE department, this includes record keeping filing, tracking, ordering, computer processing, and communicating with the other department.
• Conducts analyses on safety events and audit data
• Support departmental efforts to develop and maintain critical safety metrics across a broad range of safety and compliance domains
• Integrates information from other operating areas
• Performs ad hoc data requests in a timely manner
• Works closely with department leadership and team members to identify areas of safety, health, Environment and Security hazards in operations
• Provide ongoing monitoring and assessment of safety performance and measure the effectiveness of safety enhancements
• Assist in the development and implementation of technological solutions for the collection, analysis, reporting, and integration of safety, security, and compliance data
• Manages (monitors, updates, maintains, develops) the Safety event management, analysis and distribution system as necessary
• All other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• One (1) year coursework or relevant industry experience in statistics or data analysis
• Familiarity with relational database management and programming concepts
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and understand new software in detail
• Currently in possession of a valid National ID, or equivalent Iqama. (preferable Saudi Citizen)
• Preferable to have working knowledge of regulations governing Safety, Security, Environmental and Health and Safety
• Must pass Pre-employment drug test
• Must be legally eligible to work in KSA.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
• One (1) year working experience at industrial organization.
• Preferable to be familiar with Structured Query Language (SQL) programming
• Experience with content management systems such as SharePoint
• Experience with statistical tools.
• Experience with reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of statistical concepts
• Familiarity with text mining software
• Ability to work effectively with professionals from diverse technical areas
• Possess strong team building interpersonal skills

• Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations and Company policies, procedures and risk controls
• Ensure adherence to all Safety and Security regulations
• Uphold Cristal’s safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilities
