PLC Technician

Summary: Provide Technical support on PLC equipment in all manufacturing areas to maintain its optimum efficiency. Ensure H&S;, communication & reports, people & morale, delivery of results, quality of product & systems .

Main Responsibilities:

· Observes functioning of installed PLC equipment to detect hazards, problems, and the need for service, repair and/or replacement of electrical and electronics components.

· Reads and understands electronic and electrical schematics; draws sketches to clarify design details and functional criteria of electronic units.

· Monitor, install and configure AC and DC drives and troubleshooting

· Assembles experimental circuitry of complete prototype models according to engineering instruction, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components and their functions.

· Recommends changes in circuitry of installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.

المهارات
Good knowledge in pumps, mechanical seals, TIG welding

Good knowledge in pneumatic automated circuit.

Must able to read basic electro diagram

Familiar and hands on with Siemens, Allenbradely, ABB, Modicon, Mitsubishi, Omoron and LG PLC’s

Ability to manage multiple tasks,

Ability to work under pressure

Effective Team Player
