Asst. Project Manaqer (Saudi) :

Educational Requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from a recognized university or equivalent.

Work Experience Requirements. Minimum of Eight (08) years experience in managing a large scale building maintenance and equipment repair operation, of which Five (05 ) Years shall have in a managerial position.

Must have demonstrated competence in organization, planning, operation and maintenance management of building facilities, personnel administration and related matters in a large

organization.

Must have Experience in operation & maintenance multi trade field.

Shall represent the Contractor in the performance of this contract.

Capable of coordinating work activities and providing services to other user Contractors.

Capable of making oral and written Communications.

Full Knowledge in Computer

Must have valid Saudi driving license.

He must be fluent and literate in the Arabic and English language
