الوصف الوظيفي 5.1 Performs a variety of supportive and technical nursing skills and utilizes a range of equipment, supplies, medication and other modalities in carrying out specific medical orders for administration of medications and performance of specific treatments, monitoring techniques and other diagnostics, therapeutic and supportive measures. Uses equipment in a safe and effective manner. 5.2 Establishes a good working environment in which patients receive a high standard of care. 5.3 Takes responsibility for the direct delivery of professional and competent patient care by promoting quality care standards. 5.4 Acts on behalf or at the direction of the head nurse/charge nurse in setting and monitoring standards for patient care. 5.5 Participate in the monitoring of the planning, delivery of care and evaluation of the individualized patient care. 5.6 Informs the Head Nurse/Team Leader of any changes in circumstances which affect the standards or care. 5.7 Establishes and develops effective communications nursing, support services patients and relatives. 5.8 Maintains safety and well-being of patients and staff in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. 5.9 Provides a safe, therapeutic, personalized physical and psychosocial environment for patient care. 5.10 Assists in the formation of nursing care standards/policies and supports the head nurse and unit staff in its implementation. 5.11 Uses equipment and supplies in a cost effective and responsible manner and participates in the procedure for ordering supplies within the agreed budget as delegated. 5.12 Ensures that Infection Control practices are adhered to in accordance with approved Infection Control Policies. 5.13 Ensures that students and temporary staff allocated to the unit have appropriate orientation, teaching and support in accordance with their curricular objectives and reports any matter of concern to the head Nurse / charge nurse. 5.14 Participate in the care, custody and administration of medicines in accordance with the hospital policy. 5.14.1 Uses the Nurse Process to provide safe, quality nursing care. 5.14.2 Provides appropriate nursing assessment and intervention in accordance with the multi-disciplinary plan of care. 5.14.3 Participates in patient/family teaching and discharge planning. 5.14.4 Maintains documentation of nursing observation and action. 5.14.5 Participates in orientation of new staff member, instruction of Certified Practical Nurses, Nurse Aides and Saudi Arabian Trainees and students. 5.14.6 Maintains a clean & safe environment for the patient and staff. 5.15 Professional 5.15.1 Assumes the responsibilities of Charge Nurse in the absence of Head Nurse, assigned. 5.15.2 Maintains licensure in country of origin. 5.15.3 Identifies and plan to meet own continuing educational needs. 5.15.4 Demonstrates a professional interest and responsibility toward the attainment of the goals of the Nursing Department. 5.15.5 Assumes the role of nursing advocate. المهارات NURSING / تمريض تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/ممرض-قانوني-1-باطنة-رجال-2-male-medical-2-sn-1-alhada-military-hospital-4349294/ |
