The Senior QA/QC Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of construction projects. This includes developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures, conducting inspections, and overseeing the work of QA/QC team members. The Senior QA/QC Manager will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for construction projects
Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure that work is being completed according to plans and specifications
Oversee the work of QA/QC team members, including assigning tasks and reviewing completed work
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quality control activities
Train team members on quality control processes and procedures
Participate in the development of project budgets and schedules

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in quality control in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction codes and regulations
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
