Cost Control Assistant (NEOM Project)

- Responsible for Control and monitor the Cost of the Project:

- Prepare the Budget every 4 months including: breakdown cost, direct cost, indirect cost, etc.

- Estimation of forecast cost along the Project

- controlling the adjustment between the planned costs and those actually incurred in the different production phases, in accordance

with the budgets set by the Management Committee

- Monthly Cost report with analysis of deviation in time and cost

- Variations from client: cost impact analysis

- Subcontractor: analysis of claims, invoice proposal assessment

- Staffing Plan

- Payment application to client

المهارات
Civil/Industrial Engineer
Minimum 5 years in international Projects
Fluent English
Good level of Excel. Primavera and SAP are important but not essential.
