Bachelors degree
Experience as permit issuer /receiver 3-5 years.
Must have a safety background
Must have working knowledge of PTW systems.
Working experience in construction and infrastructure is a must.
Must be fluent in written and spoken English with computer skills
Posses excellent time management and communication skills with ability to give training to staff for PTW system.
Must have working knowledge of hazard recognition, confined space, hot work, cold work ,Lifting and work at height activities.
