We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator to join our team.
Key Accountabilities:
Day-to-day activities will include proposal preparation, pre‐contract risk analysis, negotiation, troubleshooting and resolving contractual issues, and administration of business contracts.
Handle purchasing process, accounts payable process and track budget expenses.
Track contract status and contracts through implementation process.
Handle both hardcopy and electronic filing processes.
Negotiate company’s individual contracts and oversee contract compliance.
Coordinate with Accounts payable and vendors to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
Draft requisitions; create change order documentation and track budget and payments.
Exercise good judgment to escalate complex issues to the Manager, Contracts Management or Senior Lawyers, where necessary.
Undertaking general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Law.
Proven experience in a contracting environment
Demonstrated office administration skills and organisational skills including database management.
High level of verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally
