الوصف الوظيفي Manage the full spectrum of architecture asset design and associated interfaces for different asset types across the whole of the Company. Serves as a fully capable professional under the direct supervision of the Director of Architecture. The Senior Architect Manager manages a design team developing asset designs for a Company’s Region or Regions and plans, schedules, organizes, coordinates, and ensures the design work is executed on projects of all scales. Acts as a key team member driving the aesthetic, qualitative and functional aspects of the assets design process with regular interaction with the Director or designated senior team member. Key Accountabilities & Activities Key Responsibilities · Acts as a design champion for Company Style, supporting and assisting its development, communication and application · Assist in developing Company’s Architecture Design Style and ensures implementation across Regions · Responsible as part of the senior management team for delivering Company Style Guidelines Design Quality, including stakeholder engagement internally and externally. · Adopts creative and innovative solutions in managing the design and develops appropriate research and documentation to support technical solutions · Responsible to supervise, review and manage the design of various architectural design typologies: hospitality, residential, civic and cultural, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc. · Manage design consultants to deliver Company Architecture & Style content and context in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape, Public Realm, Signage & Wayfinding, and other design disciplines as may be required · Strong ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and presentations · Supervise the production of pre-concept design, concept design, developed design, and detailed design documentation and BIM Models in coordination with project PMC · Acts as Lead Reviewer in qualitative architectural design review process, providing analysis, comment, direction, and recommendation in line with Company Style Guidelines · Assist in management and oversight of other Architects across different sectors/departments · Develop, set, and review architectural asset briefs · Manages Design and Asset Brief compliance, completeness, and accuracy, including design coordination within architecture and across disciplines · Prepare SoW, specifications, reports, and related data tables · Take initiative to develop design manuals, review matrixes, and standard design documents · Manages preparation of and checks materials schedules and sample boards and mock-ups · Manages preparation of and checks FF&E;schedules and sourcing, including samples and mock-ups as appropriate · Technical detailing and construction administration experience · Ability to solve design issues in a creative and pragmatic way by developing multiple designs options that meet the design approach and budget · Manage communication, coordination, and management of consultants, contractors, and various Company departments/sectors · Produce deliverables in accordance with Company standards and policies Communication - Main Stakeholders Internal - Company Proponents and Sectors - Company Urban Planning - Company Projects - Company Style External - Architectural and Design Consultants - Specialists المهارات Knowledge and Experience · 15+ years of post-undergraduate outstanding architectural design and management experience · Proven related experience in an Architectural Practice, including management of international design consultants across sectors and typologies · Design experience in various architectural types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc. · Construction experience is preferred · Extensive project experience with emphasis on large projects and complex programs · Understanding of financial and commercial management of projects · Full understanding of risk management and ability to transmit the same to others · Understanding of scope definition and scope interface and ability to transmit the same to others · Full knowledge of international standards, policies, codes and procedures, and ability to transmit the same to others · Full knowledge of Statutory Authorities requirements · Knowledge of international and local codes, regulations and submission requirements · Developed knowledge of Sustainable Design principles Essential Skills · Excellent conceptual and design skills, with emphasis on aesthetics · Fluent in writing and speaking English, spoken and written · Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, communicating with clarity, purpose and accuracy · Ability to negotiate · Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work · Flexibility and attitude towards company objectives · Cordial relationships with clients and stakeholders · Commitment to innovation and design excellence · Outstanding presentation skills · Excellent ability in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite; Grasshopper and V-Ray is a plus · Solid knowledge of products, materials, zoning / building codes and construction methods · Capable of reviewing and editing a set of quality specifications · Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines on budget and on time · A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy · Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative in response to direction from project managers, directors and partners · A team player, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating Qualifications · B.Arch or B.Sc. in Architecture from a recognized university · Postgraduate in Architecture or Urban Design · International accreditation (RIBA, AIA, or equivalent) · The achievement of sustainability certification (LEED, PQP, or equivalent) is highly desirable · Recognized public speaking experience is an advantage تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/senior-architect-manager-4478038/ |
