Implement all instructions & directives coming from Office / Regional Manager / Operations Manager and ensure that all staff follows.
Follow the instructions from Immediate Superior, Regional Manager, Operations Manager & CEO.
Supervise and participate in the daily movement.
Always enhance the company image by giving up to standard high quality of service to all passengers.
Must always apply and practice Standards Service.
Double check the products received at lounges from the supplier for various operational activities. Deviation to be reported to concerned department for immediate action.
Check and follow-up all daily reports i.e., passenger statistic report, food & facility temperature records, inventory, dump report and others on time.
To give update and report to Immediate Superior on passenger’s feedback concerning the lounge facility, food, service, and personnel.
Ensure high quality of food and service on all areas covered with frequent follow up and monitoring.
Responsible in solving problems concerning the lounge faced by the staff with complete details.
Responsible in securing manpower in areas of responsibility.
Responsible in securing smooth operation in areas of responsibility.
Responsible in checking and monitoring all areas of responsibility.
Ensure receptionist staff has announce the flights or able to inform the guest by all means / whenever it is boarding.
Participate in maximizing profitability of the department and achieve the set target plan.
To monitor the status of all lounge equipment and to report any malfunctioning.
Keep valid record and updated information for all lounge daily operational forms.
To act on passengers for comments, observation, and complaints for further handling.
Attend morning virtual briefing and the rest of lounge staff.
To act and perform any other related duties assigned by Regional Manager & Operations Manager.
