Day to Day activities will include, but not be limited to:
Provides day-to-day support to the Senior BIM Manager
Ensures that Client and Project’s methods and procedures are implemented by all team members.
Ensures that all methods and procedures are created based on Client and Project’s BIM & GIS requirements.
Authors and maintains the technical sections of the BIM & GIS Execution Plan.
Assembles and maintains any multidiscipline project models which are used to create the BIM delivery.
Participates in the revision of the BIM & GIS Execution Plan for enabling effective coordination processes.
Effectively performs coordination processes.
Manages coordination across multiple disciplines.
Review models for compliance to the standards and provide feedback to the design teams.
Provides full support to all design packages during delivery and ensures the delivery meets the client requirements.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, have a conscientious and detailed approach, along with a positive and pro-active approach to supporting the team.
The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines independently or within a team environment.
The ability to understand requests / tasks and complete autonomously or with minimal guidance.
Excellent overall understanding of BIM/IM/Digital Engineering practices and processes and an ability to support the teams across the world with best practice and problem solving.
In-depth knowledge of coordination processes.
Advanced BIM software skills with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc. Bentley Rail Track would be advantageous.
Good understanding of Common Data Environments, such as ProjectWise and BIM 360, their management and guidance/problem solving for the team.
Experienced in Digital Project Delivery in the applicable project fields and industries.
Ability to provide guidance to junior staff.
