Organize to identify each component of work and prepare a planning schedule commensurate with the quantity, resource allocation, start and end date for the component.
Organize to coordinate with field engineers to record the actual progress of each component of work and submit factual status to the management.
Organize to highlight items or components on the critical path, and prepare and submit factual status to the management.
Organize to prepare Construction Programs and Cash Flow for submission and approval by clients and consultants, with prior approval by the management.
Liaise with other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure that the time and cost plans are updated to reflect the latest information.
Organize to prepare Crash Programs and Recovery Programs for approval by clients and consultants, with prior approval by the management.
Organize to pre-warn Operations Team and management for the requirement of extension of time.
Organize to coordinate with the Operations Team for recording and updating of factual progress achieved by company labourers.
المهارات
Degree in Engineering with specialization in Project Management or Cost Control related training
Seven (7 ) years relevant and similar capacity in project planning and cost controlling preferably in Roads
Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
Proficient computer user especially Microsoft Office package.
Proficient with MS Project, Primavera Scheduling and ERP software
Strong working knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical work.
Technically strong in project planning, scheduling and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous
Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills.
