الوصف الوظيفي Supervises the work of Senior Residents or Residents in the day to day management of patients in his, her department. Initiates the evaluation and treatment begun by the Senior Resident / Resident. 2. Ensures the highest standard of patient care and ability to assume greater. 3. Takes on-call duties in responsibility in matter of patient care accordance with the departmental rotain all disciplines of Oncology. 4. Participates in the teaching of Residents. 5. Participates in the educational program, research and administrative activities of the department 6. Commitment to learning and training in pursuance of career in his chosen specialty, 7. Ability to work in multi-cultural environment. 8. Support the quality assurance activities of the team and actively contribute to the identification of needed improvement in current service provision and strategies for introducing these. 9. Participates in the Environmental Safety Awareness, i.e. CPR, Fire and Safety, Infection Control and major disaster plan of the hospital as indicated. 10. Ensures continuous quality improvement and patient safety with full compliance to Joint Commission Intemational (JCI) Accreditation Standards and Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI) Standards. 11. Participates and contributes to Continuous Quality Improvement and Patient Safety,System Control, Staff Development and Fire and Safety Practices. 12.
